Our property is situated on 200 acres of private land presenting a breathtaking view of five states ranging from The Blue Ridge Mountains to Signal and Lookout Mountain to the Cumberland Plateau and The Great Smoky Mountains.

Our venue is conveniently located between Cleveland, TN, and North Georgia with easy access to the Chattanooga area. We can host weddings of any kind, be it a graceful wedding, a rustic wedding, a barn wedding, or a twilight wedding. ROW HALL

Let's begin with Row Hall. Industrial and rustic accents meet the stunning architecture of cathedral ceilings and elegant chandeliers. Truly the perfect location for a fairy tale wedding, the hall was designed with a grand sweeping staircase for an unforgettable entrance. Row Hall is also the ideal spot for a lively reception, with 4,000 square feet of space for cocktail tables and a generous dance floor.

DINING HALL

In The Dining Hall, up to 250 of your loved ones can enjoy a decadent meal provided by the on-site catering team while enjoying the exquisite mountain views. Farmhouse tables can be adorned with any combination of linens, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, and decorative accents from our collection. This allows you to create the exact wedding aesthetic you have envisioned, without the hassle of renting dishes or decor.

THE BRIDAL SUITE

The Bridal Suite is a stress-free haven for the bride to enjoy her day and get ready in luxury. Featuring a 24-foot vanity with five beauty stations, salon chairs, dressing room, full bathroom, and sitting area, it's so lovely you may not want to leave!

THE GROOM'S QUARTERS

We didn't forget about the groom! The Groom's Quarters is designed to make sure the wedding day is just as much fun for the groom as it is for the bride. The groom and friends can relax and unwind with a big screen TV, pool table, video games, and wet bar.

THE MOUNTAIN SIDE

The only thing that could possibly take your gaze off your beloved is the view from our Mountainside location. Pledge your love to one another in front of the breathtaking mountain range. The Mountainside location can accommodate a wide range of aesthetic styles and seats up to 200 guests on hand-crafted rustic pews and romantic wooden chairs.

MEET THE TEAM

Our dream of running a family owned business was formed with the plan to create a beautiful wedding venue. After searching for the perfect location for over a year we found it.

In 2016 we found a diamond in the rough…and we mean rough!

Our vision was about to come to life. We spent a year remodeling this mess into a beautiful place where families could come and celebrate their special days.

Leslie Reardon (mom), Allen Witzel (son) our Executive Chef, and Ashley O’Bryant (daughter) as our venue manager, together they have worked tirelessly to create a venue that not only is a beautiful space, but also cares about the families and what the day is all about.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. When the contract is signed, we require a 25% booking retainer. The remaining balance is split into three additional payments. The final balance will be required 90 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the event.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. CONTACT US to request a tour today!

Additionally, we hold quarterly open houses where you can view all of the decor options in person, sample our delicious food, and meet our team of incredible vendors!

Do you have decor items available and is there a charge for using those items?

Yes! We have a growing decor closet! We do not charge any extra fee to use these items, they are included with all rental packages!

Will there be another wedding the same day?

At Sunset Ridge we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple's day is special and receives our full attention.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes. There are several local hotels in Cleveland, TN and Dalton, GA. The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Cleveland is approximately 17 miles away and offers bulk room rates around $100 per night.

Do you offer round tables instead of farmhouse tables?

We have a limited number of round tables onsite that can be used. They can be mixed in with reception seating, but the majority of your guests will be seated at farmhouse tables.

Can I choose any vendor/caterer?

We do have a list of approved vendors we are happy to share with you. Sunset Ridge requires exclusive in-house catering & bartending.

Can we bring desserts from home or have a friend/family member prepare them for my event?

For safety reasons, all food items (including desserts) must be prepared and served by an approved, licensed, and insured vendor.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing begins at $3,500 for a micro wedding (up to 30 guests). Rates for full-sized weddings (up to 250 guests) begins at $6,500. Inquire for availability to discuss detailed rates for your special day, or book a private tour of the venue to get all your questions answered.
